"Up stairs rooms not worth the money no hot water"

"Central location, right in the heart of Hahndorf. Large rooms and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I would definitely return and highly recommend to others."

"Cabin was fine for 2 nights. Close to things with a nice view. Beds were hard and not comfy and we were only given 1 towel each for 2 nights. When checking in, I was not told that we had to do the dishes, nor was it in any of the literature given to me, or in the fees and policies on hotels.com. After we checked out, I got a phone from the reception saying they were charging us a cleaning fee because “it’s not the cleaner’s responsibility to do your dishes”. She was really rude and would not listen and just said she would invoice me $20 as it’s standard everywhere for dishes to be done ourselves. I mentioned I wasn’t told about it and she didn’t care and was even more rude. If I knew, I would have done it, but either way, she shouldn’t have been so rude. "
