Cincinnati proper is less than a half hour drive north, where you can catch a sports game, visit a historical museum, book a tasting at a bourbon distillery, shop to your heart’s content, or plan evening meal at one of the eclectic local restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home can accommodate travelers of all ages, well-suited for both groups and families.



    The comfortable interior has been curated specifically for your ultimate satisfaction and relaxation. The family room on the main level includes plush sofa seating and a smart TV where you never have to worry about missing an episode of your favorite show. The open floor plan carries you to the kitchen and dining areas creating an airy space perfect for entertaining. An elegant dining room table can accommodate seating for 8 for your formal meals, or seat 2 at the kitchen counter for more casual fare. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig drip and single serve coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware.



    On the lower level you’ll find even more space to spread out, with a living space inclusive of ample sofa seating, mounted TV, and electric fireplace. A second dining table can seat 6, suitable for mealtime overflow or to host a rousing night of games. Looking to flex your ping pong skills? You’re in luck! The included table will fill hours of fun challenging one another to friendly games. After working up a sweat, head back upstairs and out to the back deck and take in some of that fresh Kentucky air, enjoying a nightcap under the stars while lounging on the outdoor sofa set.



    This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



    Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.



    Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include a queen size bed.



    Bedroom #4 includes 2 full size beds, and a day bed.



    The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



    THINGS TO NOTE:

    - There is now a hot tub in the unit!

    - Washer and dryer in home.

    - Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway ONLY. No street parking is available at property as it is not permitted by the city. Then 2 spots on driveway are available for guests to park cars.

    - This home includes a Ring camera system with cameras at the front porch and back of the home.
