This includes the hand made curtains and blinds by 'Iona Designs' in Perth, the Farrow and Ball paint used throughout the property, Scottish artwork prints as wall decoration, the Scottish manufactured Carron deep sunk double ended bath and the Morso wood burning stove. The open plan living area with large comfy sofas, hand made designer foot stool, flat screen TV with SKY package (Variety with Sports), Blu Ray DVD and a wood burning stove gives the Deerstalker a warm, cosy and welcoming feel. The dining area with table and chairs flows to the beautiful newly installed fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including integrated dishwasher, double oven, larder fridge freezer and ceramic hob.
