9/10 Wonderful! (186 reviews)
A lovely little hotel in the busy University district of Bologna
Our Saturday night stay was very noisy as the students partied the night away right outside our bedroom window!! The next three nights were quiet and fine.
Our room (106) had a very small shower which was fine for myself and husband, but I imagine people who are not as petite as us would struggle to even get into it!!!
The breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful or charming - nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the city…

9/10 Wonderful! (632 reviews)
Good one night stay, parking was really useful for us and also right on a bus route into Bologna old town. Would not fancy walking it. Breakfast was decent, nice little outdoor area. Overall comfortable and good value.

8.6/10 Excellent! (300 reviews)
Hotel Oceanomare was an absolute delight to stay at! The service that I received at check in was friendly, informative and professional. The room was spacious and had a balcony which had a gorgeous view of the town. The hotel was close to the town square which were lined with shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was cold and the breakfast the next day was delicious. I was headed to a cruise in the morning and the staff was kind enough to contact a cab for me. I highly recommend staying at this charming hotel.

"We loved the breakfast and it was the primary reason we chose the Royal Carlton. We prefer to stay on property for breakfast and we enjoy indulging in good coffee, pastries and an abundance of breakfast items. It’s our treat on vacation. We like being relatively close to the train station, but in ..."

9/10 Wonderful! (936 reviews)
"The hotel rooms are not nice or cosy. The bed is very high, no bedside tables and you can’t reach the light from the bed. It is very industrial. The bathroom is nice. A bit outside Bologna (10 min’s walk to the front of the station). Lots of noise at 3.40 am, young people coming back but the security ..."
