### Quiet Studio Apartment with Garden in Farmhouse

A bright country home and garden that makes up part of a traditional Italian farmhouse (known as a Cascina.) Conveniently located next to the renowned Bogogno Golf Club and less than a 30 minute drive from Malpensa Airport and Lago Maggiore, at the foot of the Alps.   
  
The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.   
  
Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. The outcome is an alluring eco-resort composed of 11 independent serviced apartments, featuring luxury hotel-level service, set in an idyllic natural environment and luscious gardens.   
  
This unit is located at the ground floor, measures about 30 sqm and is composed of a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a large Italian shower. The living room has large floor to ceiling windows that open on the garden equipped with a table and chairs under a wisteria-draped pergola.   
  
The technological features of the property include an air conditioning system, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and the other basic electrical appliances. The facilities of the residence include free car parking, reception office, laundry room and plenty of relaxing communal outdoor spaces conceived for socializing with other guests and the local staff.
