Welcome. Even though I’ve been a repeat guest at Riggs l will not return. I like feeling welcomed and appreciated for being a supporter and an important part in the ecosystem. Hotel Riggs is not it. (Also, after the fact item: hotels.com let me know last night that as a VIP apparently I was supposed to be given the option of a free room upgrade, which never happened). Very disappointed. Will not go back.
