I had spa reservation, waited about 20 minutes after my time which was unacceptable. The spa staff did apologize for the wait due another client’s time had interfered with my appointment. Overall, a nice relaxing resort. "

"Me & my boyfriend went for my birthday,got an upgrade to the garden of Eden Apple room it was very clean . Very friendly staff, especially Jo Jo in the restaurant & Fran . Everything in the room worked well, especially the hot tub . Very good amenities for the guests . We loved the couples bowling , and the trails . We will be returning back "

"The property looks nice and the room was clean. However, from the moment you walk you will notice the bad smell. The room spelled like someone had been smoking in there non stop for the past year. I honestly did not leave because it was too late at night, I was way to tired and I was leaving a few hours later anyway. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have an issue with cigarettes smell"
