Turned out to be the most perfect spot and such a great little pad for us to relax and enjoy a few cold beers and bbq! Kids could swim or fish just out the front pretty much! Great beach, golf coarse and club! Extremely relaxing and peacefull! With out a doubt, will be making this a yearly thing! The unit could do with ceiling fans even though pedestal fans where provided. Everything else in the unit was great. The location of the unit was excellent could not ask for a better spot. The smell is in all the furnishings. The smell in the lounge and bed were horrendous. Really disappointed and we won't be returning to this unit again because of this, which is very sad because it holds many great family memories for us.
