The layout is fantastic and the 4 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are awesome for a group or large family. The location is nice and an easy walk down to the park and one of the local beaches. The house is clean, roomy and is within walking distance to the beach. Our only complaint is there didn't seem to be enough bath towels or kitchen towels. We had every amenity we needed. The location is nice, back into the neighborhood away from the busy highway and motels. Large family areas are great. There were 10 of us and we were comfortable. We cook some of our breakfasts and lunches there to save some money on food. Nice short walk to the ocean and a small beach access and a view from the raised back deck. As well as a local park for our 5 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the park. Great kite flying this weekend as well. The host is friendly and commuicates well. Thanks Gabriel.
