From the living room there is access to the covered terrace, with garden table, from which there is a splendid frontal view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. At the entrance there is a small green area with barbecue; two bedrooms have access to their respective balconies from which one can enjoy the tranquillity of the area and the beauty of the landscape. Due to its size of 120 square metres, the house is ideal for large families, groups of friends or even two families (8 - 9 beds). The two sleeping areas are separate, each with its own bathroom. The living room is spacious, with a characteristic wooden ceiling cover that creates a cosy atmosphere, equipped with two dining tables and two sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, etc.). Both two bathrooms have showers, one has got a whirlpool bath. Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge. In front of the house there is private parking for cars, available for guests. Beautiful sight from the apartment balcony on Como lake. Quiet vicinity. Very good support by the owner daughter (Ilenia) while our stay in the apartment. 10 minutes by walk to the shop in the Cremia center. Very good location to start journeys to Como lake sight-seeings. The only thing I would improve is missing coat hanger in the hall. Eher ein wenig abseits von den touristischen Hotspots haben wir die Ruhe des Ortes genossen, dennoch konnten wir in kurzer Zeit die besonderen Orte der Umgebung erreichen. Die Größe der Wohnung ermöglicht es auch bei mehr als vier Personen, dass jeder einmal für sich sein kann. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, und hätte etwas gefehlt, hätten unsere hilfsbereiten Gastgeber sicherlich alles möglich gemacht. See ist zu Fuß anstrengend, besonders der Rückweg ist mit fast 1 Stunde nicht zu unters. FeWo ist in Ordnung. Heizung ist extra zu zahlen. Schmale Straße den Berg hoch ist herausfordernd. Die Lage ist geschmackssache. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, wer schnell mal zum See spazieren oder Restaurant fußläufig erreichen möchte sucht besser was anderes. Zum See läuft man gute 20-30 Minuten, mit dem Auto sindes gut und gern 5 Minuten und viele Kurven auf einer streckenweise Engen Straße (hört sich schlimmer an als es eigentlich ist). Die Wohnung an sich ist groß, gut ausgestattet, schön und sauber. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Und zu guter Letzt sind da noch Sirio und Ilenia, denen wir seh dankbar für den tollen Empfang ind die Tipps sind. Ilenia spricht sehr gut deutsch und wer ein paar Brocken Italienisch beherrscht kann sich mit Sirio auch sehr gut unterhalten. Danke euch beiden und bis bald! ;) ##### Daniel S. Mal bei Sirio und Ilenia zu Gast. Wir haben die Ruhe, den Blick, die ländliche ursprüngliche Umgebung, die Fußnähe zum nächsten Alimentari sehr genossen. Man kann vom Haus aus loswandern, die perfekte Lage um den ganzen See zu erkunden. Den Cappuchino, oder das Bierchen nach dem wandern genießt man nachmittags am besten in S. Vito direkt unterhalb... der beste Platz am See! Liebe Ilenia und Sirio, vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft, wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei euch und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
