In the district of San Vito 1 km from the centre of Cremia, 44 km from the centre of Como, 36 km from the centre of Lugano, in a central position, 10 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: park (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the grounds. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 10 m, bar 50 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico", railway station "Colico" 24 km, ferry "Menaggio" 10 km, pebble beach, grass beach "Dongo" 5 km. Marina 1.8 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, surf school 50 m, minigolf 10 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Barca Lariana-Pianello, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Menaggio, Bellagio, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo.
