Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to treat themselves to a vacation with all the comforts a stone's throw from the ski slopes and hiking trails. You will have at your disposal a very bright apartment, designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency and attention to every detail, inserted in the context of a two-family villa dedicated to tourist rentals. The large terrace with a view of the Grigne group, large double garage and access to the garden are the characteristics that make this location truly special. The villa is accessible from Via Madonnina, and despite being in a quiet area, it is connected to the center of Maggio by a path of about 5 minutes on foot. Maggio has always been one of the favorite destinations for tourists, thanks to its location very close to the lifts, with a position that dominates the entire valley and convenient to reach Lake Como (20 minutes from Lecco and 30 minutes from Bellano and Varenna). In summer it enjoys one of the best microclimates in the valley. The apartment is on the second floor of a private villa accessible by stairs. The spaces are generous: the large living room opens with a large window onto the terrace overlooking the garden, and is dominated by the large corner sofa; it then develops on the left with the kitchen, fully equipped and with a large central table. The sleeping area is divided into two separate parts. On the left a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; on the right a bedroom with two single beds, with a bathroom next to it.
