Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to treat themselves to a holiday with all the comforts a stone's throw from the ski slopes and hiking trails. You will have a very bright apartment, designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency and attention to every detail, set in a two-family villa dedicated to tourist rentals. The large terrace overlooking the Grigne group, large double garage and access to the garden are the features that make this location truly special. The villa is accessible from Via Madonnina, and despite being in a quiet area it is connected to the center of Maggio by a path of about 5 minutes on foot. May has always been one of the favorite destinations for tourists, thanks to its location very close to the lifts, with a position overlooking the entire valley and convenient for reaching Lake Como (20 minutes from Lecco and 30 minutes from Bellano and Varenna). In summer it enjoys one of the best microclimates in the valley. The accommodation can be reached by a small flight of stairs, or directly from the private garage. The spaces are generous: the large living room opens with a large window onto the terrace overlooking the garden, and is dominated by the large corner sofa; it then develops to the left with the kitchen, fully equipped and with a large central table. The sleeping area is divided into two separate parts. On the left a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; on the right a bedroom with two single beds that can be prepared as a double bed, with bathroom next to it. The two bathrooms have are both complete, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The technology is discreet, modern and comfortable: the underfloor heating system is based on a modern heat pump, guarantees uniform and well-distributed warmth thanks to the thermostats that regulate each room; In addition, controlled mechanical ventilation guarantees excellent comfort both in winter and in summer ; energy is supplemented by solar panels; there are modern accessories such as washing machine, dishwasher, induction, microwave, coffee machine, smart TV in the living room and in one room. The large private garage allows you to store not only two cars, but also bicycles and skis. The garden is usable, and outdoor furniture is made available in summer. The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towel set for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher fluid and toilet paper.
