Perfect for those seeking a spacious and well-equipped location with usable terraces and easy access via a few steps, situated in a quiet, green residential area characterized by villas and small condominiums. Ideal for those who want a relaxing, mountain environment, the apartment is in a well-served area: you can reach the sports center, a supermarket, and the center of Cremeno on foot. Additionally, a path through the meadows leads to Barzio, while another connects to the Valsassina bike path. The building offers numerous free parking spaces nearby. Located on the raised first floor of a building surrounded by greenery, the apartment opens up to a spacious living area with a large solid wood table, a relaxation corner with a sofa bed, armchair, fireplace, and TV, and large windows that overlook the terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and faces the terrace, with direct access to the communal garden. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower, and washing machine.
