It has an anteroom that leads to the kitchen straight ahead and to the right to the living room with a fireplace, the central area of the apartment which opens onto a beautiful small terrace with mountain views, large enough to accommodate lounge chairs or a dining table. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The property also includes a private garage with one parking space, right below the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas stove and oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, large flat-screen TV, and internet.
