This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. VERY COZY, MUST STAY! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week in this beautiful cabin nestled at the end of a quiet road just above town. We walked to town a few days and walked to the up and over trail from our room. The cabin has incredible views of the canyon and a tiny peek of San Luis Peak out the kitchen window. The cabin is VERY comfortable for our large family. All bedding/beds are VERY comfortable, bathrooms well stocked with towels, dishcloths, soap etc. Cozy downstairs- we enjoyed movie night. We also love to cook and the kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. We will be back, again! This is our second time to stay here and its always wonderful. ##### John & Miranda D. Both had been removed, however, due, according to the property manager, to a ‘fire hazard’ and would not be replaced in time for our stay. It would have been nice (1) to have been informed of this beforehand, and (2) to have the price reduced accordingly, given the inconvenience. ##### John O.
