Perfect for families, friends, or groups, this home offers easy access to the Rio Grande River and countless outdoor adventures. ATV enthusiasts will love the pull-through drive, which allows you to reach Love Lake, Ivy Creek, Lime Creek, and Copper Creek Falls right from your front door. This pet-friendly cabin features a spacious fenced yard, perfect for pets to roam safely while you relax. Inside, enjoy an open living concept with a propane fireplace, creating a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. Take in stunning mountain views from the front and back porches—ideal for morning coffee, sunsets, or simply soaking in the fresh mountain air. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom: King bed (main level) 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed (upper level) 3rd Bedroom: Double bed (upper level) 4th Bedroom: Double bed (upper level) Loft: Twin daybed (upper level) (semi-private) This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Colorado is pristine, clean, great roads, and bathroom amenities at all lakes. Our new favorite place because of how quiet it was. It's not commercialized like other places.
