Die Angabe "700m bis zum Meer" ist definitiv falsch und sollte dringend überprüft werden. Was bedeutet "Meer" und wie weit ist es wirklich bis dorthin. Unsere Erfahrung: mindestens ca. 3,5 km. Der Erhaltungszustand der Küchenutensilien war überwiegend mangelhaft. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit. Im oberen Stockwerk war der Fußboden noch sehr staubig und mit vielen Haaren und Haarbüscheln unter dem Bett belegt, sodass wir zuerst den Staubsauger nutzen mussten.
