"Let’s face it, the lifespan of hotels isn’t infinite. Days Inn was a solid, if a bit less expensive place back in its day. Despite being a Wyndham property, you can’t get away from the fact that the brand itself doesn’t command the respect it once did. That said, while this property sure isn’t perfect, it isn’t terrible, either. First off, it is super convenient if you’re traveling I-70. It takes just seconds off the highway to get to the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. And even though I didn’t need anything when I arrived other than a bed, there are plenty of food options. The room was outdated as you might expect. The lighting is dim. The carpeting is old. It looks like a 90’s hotel room out of its prime. But…it was respectably clean. My wife would not have stayed there, but for me, it was fine. The shower was good, with decent pressure and as much heat as a human can ever ask for. Possibly the hottest shower I’ve ever experienced! (Not that I used all its capabilities!) The bed was the perfect firmness for me. If you like a very firm mattress, you’ll be disappointed. For me this was great. It was super comfortable. The pillows were likewise nice and soft. I never turned on the TV, so can’t speak to that, but they did have a nice plug-in USB charger in the room, which is great. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent, convenient and affordable place to hang your hat for the night, look no further. It’ll treat you fine."

"If you’re looking for little house on the prairie this is for you. I should have read the instructions better, like bringing some food and the drive into the property. I drive my Kia Optima and it’s not built for those roads, just took it slow and it was fine. No kitchen but there is a gas grill outside. Nice little kayak trip up river, not hard, about a mile. If you love fish this would be your place. I had one whole day where I didn’t say a word to anyone…it was magical for this introvert to get lost."

"This was the absolute best location for our crew of 47 for a family reunion. There are so many different gathering areas that it never felt crowded, even with that many people. The kitchen was well appointed, and so many seats available, it is very well thought out for large crowds The amenities are as promised...the pond ruined the kids for life cause they constantly caught fish, great outdoor spaces, the creek!, amazing 18 hole putt putt....nobody could pick a favorite. Highly recommend! This would be our choice for the next one!"

"Everything was fine , except for the jacuzzi, the water level kept dropping below the jets even when no one was in it. Your maintenance man filled it once and the next morning was low on water again without any one using it."
