Private: garden (not fenced) lawn 15 m2. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (limited number of spaces), single garage. Restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop "Bluche village" 900 m, lake Grenon 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 150 m, skisport facilities 3 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
