Malheureusement, le seul problème a été le bruit car placé en dessus de l'entrée principale et du parking de l'immeuble. Le bruit venait essentiellement de certains étudiants habitant l'immeuble et qui invitaient des personnes de l'extérieur et ne respectaient absolument pas les régles de co-propriété.
