Directly in front of the apartment is a beautiful garden seating area with a table, chairs, deck chairs and parasol. A private parking space in the car park is included in the price. The indoor pool with sauna and gym is available for an extra charge. A public playground with table tennis, boccia court, volleyball court and wooden grill is available free of charge.
