Directly in front of the apartment is a beautiful garden seating area with a table, chairs, deck chairs and parasol. A private parking space in the car park is included in the price. The indoor pool with sauna and gym is available for an extra charge. A public playground with table tennis, boccia court, volleyball court and wooden grill is available free of charge. Super war die Skiboxen im Eingangsbereich. Die Wohnung hat einige Möbel und Gegenstände die etwas überflüssig sind und viel Platz einnehmen (Box im Schlafzimmer, Schalen & Boxen im Gestell im Wohnzimmer).
