The hotel overall was lovely and the staff courteous and offered good customer service .i did however have one issue . The website for one of the restaurants that required a booking to attend was not working on the day that I tried to book in the recommended time. I went to the reception desk that offers assistance three times and was told to check back after which I was subsequently told restaurant would be closed for that day. Restaurant was open on said day. My party and I were disappointed somewhat and my experience and my desire to revisit was impacted.

Room was perfect, Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, Resort was always clean, Food was great, Drinks were amazing! All pools were always clean or being cleaned immediately upon notice
