"THERE'S BED BUGS IN RM 206. I GOT BIT UP ALL NIGHT. I WANTED TO REQUEST A REFUND BUT THEY HAD A SIGN AT THE FRONT SAYING NO REFUNDS AS IN THEY KNOW, PEOPLE WILL REQUEST REFUNDS FOR THE BED BUGS. THE STAFF WAS NICE, THE PLACE WAS QUIET AND FELT SAFE, ITS JUST THOSE BED BUGS. I GOT BIT FROM MY FACE TO MY LEGS. ITCHY KNOTS EVERYWHERE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE INFESTATION IS TERRIBLE. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME."

"This place was amazing and clean. Before renting, please understand that there are three good-sized queen bedrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs has three additional rooms and a futon room, but they are accessible by a narrow winding staircase. Because of that, we let the older adults stay downstairs, while teens and others comfortable with stairs stay upstairs. Another option for accessing the upstairs area is by using the outside stairs.The place is clean, has plenty of room for a group, and is in an excellent location for ASU, honestly one of the best locations available. If you are looking for a cookie-cutter three-bedroom house, this probably is not the place for you. Save yourself some time and get a hotel. But, if you enjoy an older home with a quirky vibe and plenty of space, you will love this place! Way cheaper than the amount of rooms we would've required in a hotel. Will stay again! "
