"The main thing that stayed out to me is that while sitting in the parking lot for the Hampton I booked the hotel that was closest to me and I booked the wrong hotel. I had to call customer service and talk to Mohammed with Expedia. He was understanding and was able to get my reservations from Gastonia refunded so I could stay at this hotel where I was parked. The survey expired too quick for me to thank him and I could not thank him enough. For the actual Hampton Inn, the night clerk was great positive and friendly."

"The description/pictures are exactly as posted. House was easy to find. Host was very communicative. Felt safe in the area. A gentleman walking his dog (who happens to also be a bills fan) was extremely polite & friendly making us feel welcome in the neighborhood. Close to everything. The bearded buffalo is less than a mile from the house, highly recommend! Would stay here again in the future. "
