"Friendly and helpful staff and great beach, but won’t be staying here again. Room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after check-in, trash left in hallways for at least two days, balcony door didn’t lock (and, on the 2nd floor, was accessible from other rooms), previous occupant’s dirty towels left in room, unidentified crust smeared down wall beside bed, very noisy hallways. Food at cantina wasn’t good; I ordered the $20 caesar salad with chicken from the menu and waited 30 min because they couldn’t find caesar dressing. When I learned this and told them ranch was okay, they finally brought me a bowl of brown, shredded (taco) lettuce with no chicken. Generally disappointing and failed to meet several basic standards."

"Older motel - glad we were only there one night. Floors were dirty - bathtub needed a good scrub! Bed was comfortable & sheets were clean. Would not recommend this motel. "

"The hotel still needs updates. Could be perfect. No light switch near the entry door. Only wall lamps and a free standing lamp across the room. Non controlled by a switch. "

"Our family of 15 had an incredible time at this house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was perfect the long table was great so everyone could sit together. The 1st floor bunk room is such an awesome room even better than the pictures showed. The communication was outstanding, anytime I texted I received an immediate text back. We used the bikes, they were easy to access and we were able to contact a water taxi to take us to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. I strongly recommend this house, everything was perfect!"

"Staff was alright…. The guy seemed off maybe he was tired or just didn’t want to be there at all. First room he gives us seemed to already have guest staying in it or at least the beds were messy, TV on, and sheets in the floor. I went back to the front desk and he just gave me another room which had broken door knobs in the bathroom, red stains on the wall and floors (kind of blood looking), and moldy smell coming from the AC unit. "

"We had a great stay. The home had everything we needed and is in a great location. The bedding was so comfy! My only complaint is only having one parking space for a rental that can accommodate up to 10 and there were no suggestions of where to park a second vehicle when I asked. I would definitely stay here again though. "
