"Hot tub was not working, but they still tried to upgrade you to a cabana by the pool? Only about 40 couples in the hotel. It would have been great customer service to say - due to our hot tub not working for weeks - you get a free cabana for a day or two. Instead the just tried to get a room or cabana ..."
