Como peatón y turista, es algo difícil salir del hotel hacia otros lugares. El retorno vehicular para acceder al valet parking es un poco difícil de tomar.

La caja de seguridad y la secadora no servían y la alfombra súper manchada de cloro!!! Pero lo demás no tan malo.
Es un hotel que se encuentra muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, el wifi funciona bastante bien, mi único comentario negativo sería que ya pasaron 3 días y aun no he recibido mis facturas, lo cual no debería suceder porque complican el cobro de mis viáticos por parte de mi empresa

Can't workout in the morning & poor records
They lost our bookings and we had to prove that we had made them. Then they said since we didn't pay in advance they didn't have any rooms for us. I showed them that I chose to pay a deposit and then the rest at the hotel but they never processed the deposit. The gym didn't open until 9am which is completely worthless.

I loved this hotel. The restaurant downstairs was amazing and it was a genuine experience! I would definitely go back!

Needs an upgrade, carpet and furniture looks from the 80s.. The windows are not blocking the sound from outside and you can hear everything that is happening on the street.
Like nothing. The property is old and looks it once on sit. Have to call front desk more than once for anything. I have been to hotels all over the world and this is the only hotel that has charged me for Ice. Also asked for am iron and had to give the 500 pesos as a deposit, they have my CC number

me gusto la ubicación es buena, no me gusto el servicio, pésimo, las recepcionistas prepotentes y sin información, además de que la habitación no estaba lista aunque llegue después del check-in, no funciono el wifi, no funciono el aire acondicionado, no volveré a ese hotel.
I arrived there at night only to be told that I had no reservation and that they needed me to forward my reservation to them so they can see if it is correct.
The one person ho claimed she was in charge was rude and unprofessional.
I told her that on the picture that Expedia offers it shows two beds for a single room. She said that the marketing ad was wrong so she gave us a room with one bed. She also asked that I leave my credit card open so that she could charge the fee the next day and that she had no idea what the fee would be.... Are you kidding me, who is dumb enough to leave a credit card completely open?
Then after much argument, she said it needed authorization for the amount of the stay because she could not verify if I had paid which I had already done through Expedia.
The room had old black mould in the shower, there was some sort of lid metal under the carpet that you could hear every time you walked by, the heater did not work so we were freezing.
The people working the front desk in the day were much nicer, they moved us to another room that was still cold but clean.
I asked for an iron and they said I had to give them 500.00 pesos to borrow it and after I finished they would return the money. REALLY? Why they had my credit card.
I would never recommend this hotel!
The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were a couple of things I had issues with: it was way too noisy and the shower needs to be updated.
There is a bar in the lobby area that doesn't close until about 2 am, which means that there is constant noise and music all night long. After having a long day in the city and dealing with the noise and the masses of the city, all I wanted to do is go to my room and relax in silence. Did not get that. All I got was very bad singing. The performer was awful and it continued until 2am. It was like that for two straight nights.
Also, the shower is so poorly designed that the doors did now close and the water leaked to the floor and crated a mess.
I've traveled to CDMX a few times and I usually stay at an Airbnb but this time since I was staying for only three days, I decided to book a hotel. Not the worst decision but will reconsider for next time.
