On Island Accommodation Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer. Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 2 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only. Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds Porta cot and high chair available on request. These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment. This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. My biggest concern was that the when the room was locked from the inside, all it took was to pull the handle down for it to unlock. There were no other safety locks higher. We had to barracks the door with chairs. This wasn't even enough for my 4 year old who couldn't find me (in bed) so he moved the chairs and his father found him in the hall way after hearing some noise and decided to get up and investigate. We couldn't sleep after this thinking that the two year old would do the same. We were booked to stay for two nights however decided to leave a night early due to the safety of our children. Room is fine for adults and older children however don't recommend for younger kids. The unit was very large and would suit a family really well. The king size bed and ensuite was very comfortable.
