Secure underground car parking. Well appointed apartment with all amenities and full kitchen (incl dishwasher) and laundry facilities. Negatives: Design of the building results in A LOT of noise from other guests accessing their apartments being transmitted into bedrooms at night. Expect to get woken up a lot at night by other guests. Apartment cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dusty surfaces, dirty windows and frames (inside & out). Rubbish & food scraps between couch seats etc etc....
