Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

"We stayed at Homestead in February, 3 adults and a dog. The owners were very friendly, helpful and very welcoming.The property has a very larger garden which is enclosed and our dog loved running round off lead.The lounge was cosy, comfortable and a treat to have a wood burner as well.Bedrooms were spacious and a lovely bath and shower in the makn bathroom.Parking was on site and on concrete standing.Two farm cats will great you at the back door!"
