Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going on. He worked with us to get needed items and we had a comfortable visit. I appreciate his flexibility at a trying time for us. ##### Patty T. It was a nice property! Easy communication with the owners. So relaxing listening to the water.
