"Checked in around 10Pm and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. Explained where everything was in case I needed any and was very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and a great all around stay!"

"I asked to get a room not on the first floor. They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available"

"This property was well maintained and clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was very close to historic downtown Covington and had all the amenities surrounding the hotel that anyone would need. We enjoyed our stay."
