"Everything went fine until checkout. There were no luggage racks available to load our car from 6:15 a,m until 7:30 am when we used a wheelchair and my walker to do so. In addition no luggage racks were ever seen in use by others in that timeframe."

"We needed a hotel close to Carleton College, and this one was perfect; it's located in Canon Falls, which is about a 15-minute drive away. If you need to visit Carleton or St.Olaf College, this is a good place to stay. The entrance and lobby of the hotel were elegant and cozy. The rooms were a bit dated but clean. There is a small pool and jacuzzi, along with a small workout room. We didn't have time to enjoy them, but other guests looked like they were having a good time. They provide free breakfast, and it was really good. Everything from waffles to sausages, fresh fruit, orange juice, muffins, eggs, and more. They also offer free coffee and tea all day. It was definitely good value, and we will be back next time we need to be close to the Northfield area."
