"Cannot thank Patricia and Geri enough for our recent stay. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly, and they were very minor issues anyway. We will return to Denia and I'd hope we'd be able to stay in this villa again as it had everything we needed.Once you have stayed you will feel the same. A truly lovely base to explore the area, or just laze by the pool and let the world go by."

"The hotel was in good location, parking at the hotel was easy. Staff were very good at check in. The hotel is very outdated but shower was great and room was spotless. It did exactly what we needed for 1 night in beautiful Dénia. We got back to the hotel around 11pm. It was full on party and noisy but didn’t affect us and we could t hear anything from our room."

"Villa location is good in our opinion being just a 5 minute drive to Denia centre. Villa was clean and tidy. Host and onsite contact were excellent and always on hand to resolve any problems. We would definately consider returning in the future. The following are not negative views but just what we think could be improved to help our stay:The bath towels are on the small sideNot enough working sunbeds for the villa allocation of up to 6 people. We found two in full working order and two broken and not really useable but we made do with the two good beds.One parasol had a bend in the pole and didnt really hold well in the base on a windy day so we only used the one that was ok.Bed pillows are thin and flat and could do with being replaced."

"Ein richtig schönes, kleines Paradies, ganz klassisch im mediterranen Stil gebaut, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und mit sehr liebevoll gestalteten und super gepflegten Außenanlagen. Von Anfang bis Ende wurden wir gut betreut und man war daran interessiert, dass wir zufrieden sind. Ist schon nicht das größte Haus und mit vier Leuten wird es im Haus auch eher eng, auch das Bad und besonders die Dusche ist sehr klein. Aber unten im „Anbau“, wo auch Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen, ist noch eine sehr schöne und große Dusche. Hier gibt es auch weitere Betten. Und auch die Außendusche ist sehr schön. Wir waren zu zweit und für uns war es perfekt! Herrlicher Pool, nicht zu groß, aber ausreichend, und immer nach Wunsch ein schattiges Plätzchen oder pralle Sonne. Das gilt für den Pool, aber auch für den gesamten Außenbereich, kein hin- und herschleppen von Schirmen und -ständern (obwohl vorhanden). Unser Auto stand immer gut beschattet im sauberen Carport, alles hinter einem automatischen Tor mit Fernbedienung und weitgehend uneinsehbar. Kurzum, ein gelungener Urlaub, bei dem wir noch das Glück des bestmöglichen Wettertimings hatten! Oder haben Gastgeberin Christina und Betreuer Arsen das extra bestellt? Zuzutrauen wäre es ihnen…"
*New* Villa Grandini *New*, with unique sea view and large private pool

"Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Das Haus ist sehr modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und in einem top gepflegten Zustand – absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unschlagbare Ausblick über ganz Denia.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt oder am Meer.Der Gastgeber war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich, gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa Grandini uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unsere Reise im nächsten Jahr.Vielen Dank !"
