The house is spacious and perfectly designed for a family gathering — plenty of room for everyone while still coming together for long, convivial meals. The outdoor space is a real highlight: we spent most evenings around the plancha, enjoying dinners under the open sky with no neighbors in sight and panoramic views over the French countryside.What impressed us most is how perfectly located the house is. Sitting right in the Périgord Noir, it's at equal distance from all the major points of interest — villages, châteaux, grottes — making day trips effortless without ever feeling rushed.The property is pet-friendly — our dog roamed freely all week, which was a huge bonus for us!The hosts are responsive and open to feedback, which is always appreciated.Highly recommend for families looking to disconnect, explore, and eat well together.
