The food and pool were the absolute highlights. Most of the staff were friendly. I arrived late the night before Labour Day and was greeted by security. They were great. I did not get my Wifi passwords until the 4th day of my 6 day stay as no staff in the office for 4 days. Long weekend, no problem. The last night of my stay, I was advised no visitors after 5 PM after I had invited friends over. It was a new rule, yet wasn't posted anywhere. It felt discriminatory. After advocating for my visitors on the property, I was extended the privlage of them being able to use the pool and hang out as long as they didn't stay overnight.
Overall, the location was great and it was extremely peaceful. The food was fabulous and the pool is a definite asset. It was well suited for my needs.
