Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor \- A 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A shower room with shower and washing machine \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), integrated shower room with WC \- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- An 8mx1m west-facing balcony with harbour views.
