### L'Appart à L'Ouest - Face au port

The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels are not included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

\- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more
