Le Balcon de Cournon : Swimming pool, garden and air conditioning 15 minutes from the beach

Our charming and spacious accommodation is on the 1st floor of a villa whose ground floor is neither inhabited nor rented to ensure a quiet stay. Very bright, it is ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches, in a residential and peaceful area, close to the centre of the village, shops and Montpellier. This 70m2 T3 was completely renovated in 2025 to offer you a cosy nest.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful detached house. The entrance is by the external staircase independently. The ground floor is not inhabited or rented. On the other hand, the garden space located at the front of the house of about 150m2 is reserved for you. It is composed of a pedestrian entrance, a parking space to park indoors if you wish, a Mediterranean garden and a relaxation or dining area next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3.66m in diameter and 1m high. You can cool off there in season. It is accessible by a ladder and has a protective tarpaulin. A barbecue is also available.

Our T3 is equipped with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, small appliances), a very bright living and dining room, two beautiful double bedrooms with dressing rooms, a bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks and a large mirror, separate toilets and a laundry room with washing machine.

The area is residential and very quiet. The area maintains good relations.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Parties and parties are not allowed.
Your pets are allowed on request in the garden and on the balcony only.
Linen is included in the price (mattress and pillow protector, fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, towels, tea towels).

Our accommodation is located in Cournonterral, a village in the Hérault between the sea and the scrubland, 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from the gates of Montpellier, 20 minutes from Sète, 15 minutes from the land. The village is attractive with many local shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, restaurants etc). A weekly market is held every Saturday morning. Beautiful walks are possible from our home. 2 nearby children's parks are popular with families.

We remain available for you throughout your stay if needed. We live in the villa next door and will be present at the check-in whenever possible. Otherwise, self-entry will also be possible.
