I stayed at three properties in Courmayeur, this one was by far the best and the least expensive. When I return, I will stay all night at this location.

Unfriendly staffs. No water or tea at alll in the room. Buffer breakfast was never refilled with all the foods was out. We were asking for tea for breakfast with no response. Staffs face like you owe them money that you didn’t pay them back. I’ll never stay there again if we plan to go back to Courmayeur.

We’ll be back
Excellent and very professional service. This night was part of a 4 weeks vacation that I had booked. I must say, they had the best breakfast, including a fresh squeeze orange juice machine between all 20 hotels that I stayed at. It is operated and run by a family and they do a great job at running both the hotel and restaurant. We also had dinner with them and the dinner was excellent too.

Welcome respite on the Tour de Mint Blanc
The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of town. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant that night, along with a lot of locals. It was delicious, especially the green bean flan and homemade gnocchi. Beautifully appointed bar, where we had a relaxing drink the next day. I highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, clean, convenient.
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as a break during our Tou du Mont Blanc hike. We arrived dusty and sweaty. The front desk showed us to our room and within minutes of arriving, we were showering and lounging about in the provided bathrobes. It felt like heaven! Our room was neat, clean and well appointed. the private deck was an unexpected bonus. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful for all our needs. And I have to mention the breakfast buffet. It was not the typical Italian breakfast of coffee and sweets. We had a choice of hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh bread, cheeses, sausages, cereal, croissants, fresh juice and more. Since we were hiking, that was the kind of breakfast that fueled us to our next stop, the Bonnati hut.

This is not a 4-star property. The location is great, but conditions were more aligned with a 3-star hotel. The rooms are quite old and need to be renovated.

the room was ok but the bed was the hardest ive ever slept on the pillow was just as hard and weighed about 4 kilo then to top it off there where builders demolishing the building next door i checked out a day early " only stayed 1 night " no questions as to why just settled my bill and left even got charged 2 nights city tax

Perfect for my needs
Great location (once I had seen it rather than relying on Google Maps), friendly service, excellent rooms and really good breakfast. One draw back was the car park, down a narrow driveway that only a Smart can could fit down; made an attempt in the Merc Vito, but wasn't even close to getting in!

Very cozy hotel! We were three and had to use third floor. Somewhat inconvenient for a person with some handicap like my wife. She managed ok slowly. Service was very good and owner very polite and helpful.

We arrived early, and the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. We chose to eat dinner in their restaurant, and enjoyed the food, ambiance, and friendly servers very much. Our breakfast buffet was heavier on sweet carbs than protein, but tasty. There is a separate fee to use the sauna and pool area. Overall a very positive experience.

Perfect hotel close to everything!
Amazing hotel with all confort, large comfortable room, beautiful view from the window! Bar and restaurant just perfect, for variety and quality. From the front desk to all the staff, a very good customer service! The hotel offer a parking space without charge and an inside pool with all confort. Free Wi-Fi and sky satellite in room. The hotel is very close to the town center

Very nice alpine decor and the staff is passionate about service. Really went out of their way for us. Nice dining and lounging area. Premium location relative to Villa Roma and all the shopping/restaurants.

Fantastic hotel
A lovely hotel, close to lift and centre of town. Rooms were very clean and staff and service very friendly. Dinner was excellent in both quality and service. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Decent accommodation for a short stay
The hotel is very close to the bus stop but a little difficult to find because the sign is kind of small. The room is not air conditioned, but up there in the mountains, you don't really need that. The room is somewhat basic but otherwise quite comfortable. Rate is a little high, but that's perhaps to be expected in a mountain resort.

The dinner at the hotel was great with a reasonable price. Room was a little heavy and dark. Not so comfortable. The location is just 3min by walk to the bus terminal. Service was good, but I felt a little cold.

Lovely hotel - beware charges for swimming
We booked for 2 nights but stayed an extra night as the Hotel and Courmayer where so lovely. We had lovely breakfasts and a fabulous a la carte meal one evening. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the lounge area is very welcoming and comfortable. We had one problem - we were charged 13 euros each on each occasion that we used the swimming facilities - total 78 euros. There was no mention of this on any of the online information and we were not given any information about this when we booked in or when we used the facilities. Large towels for use when swimming were provided in the room and with no other information provided we had no idea there would be any additional charge. The facilities are lovely but no-one showed us how to use the 'spa' jets or water features in the pool and on one occasion the steam room and sauna were not even turned on. Hotels.com dealt with are complaint very efficiently and professionally.
