The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the ski gondola. In good ski conditions, you can actually even ski back right to the hotel (I may have exaggerated a bit, you still have to do some walking). The staff was wonderful. Francesca and her husband were very accommodating. You can order dinner off of a prefix menu (which Francesca's husband prepares). The hotel is clean and staff friendly, with ample free parking and a good continental breakfast, though the rooms are fairly basic. Its in a good position for the ski lift and there is a very good restaurant 100 yds away with excellent pizzas. Its about a 10-15 min walk to town centre. Nothing was too much trouble and every request we made was met within minutes.
