Great and easy parking; Staff went above and beyond way for us till midnight; Room was very nice and clean; I can tell the property has been recently refurbished. However, in some spots that still feels old and it has a old building smell

The hotel is in a really convenient location, close to great restaurants and the centre of Lille.
Great, spacious bedroom with comfy bed and good quality towels and robes.
Breakfast was good and the roof terrace was a perfect place to enjoy a drink on a beautiful evening.
There were a few minor issues with the room but these were soon fixed when reported to reception.
I would happily stay here again.

No ac during end april so had to leave window open and noise level was high all night until 5:00 am. Rooms were also worn.

"Amazingly average hotel. Seemed quite quiet but yet were unable to accommodate family of 4 for dinner until late night. Outside is quite overgrown and looks like they’ve given up on maintaining…. but it’s 5 mins from LeShuttle which was the main reason for booking it."

"Disappointed as we had read good review s. Tiny room, had to squeeze through the door with luggage. Bed was very close to walls with little room to get in and out of bed. But the biggest issue was there was no aircon, no fan, and with the windows open lots of mosquitoes, in 34 degrees it was unbearable. ..."
