All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax), on one level, adjoining the owners' house.  
Large living room (lounge-living room-open kitchen): sitting area with armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV; dining area with table and chairs; kitchen with fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, microwave,... Separate bedroom: 1 bed 140x190cm. Shower room with shower, sink. WC.  
Outside: view of the garden (shared with the owners), private parking, private terrace, garden furniture, sun lounger, barbecue (on request).  
Washing machine or dryer available on request. Baby bed and chair on request. Pets accepted after agreement with the owners.  
Non-smoking accommodation. Wifi included. Welcome to the Gîte de la Rouère du Gagneux, comfortable accommodation for 2 people, located in Couffy, south of Loir-et-Cher and in the heart of the Cher Valley.  
5 minutes from Couffy, the Couflons water sports centre, a developed natural site, offers the possibility of practicing many water sports or sports activities in a relaxing setting.   
Food lovers will not fail to visit Selles-sur-Cher, to taste the famous goat cheese.   
You are also half an hour from Romorantin-Lanthenay, capital of Sologne and Montrichard, with its beach and troglodyte caves.   
For lovers of castles, the most famous are less than an hour away (Cheverny, Chambord, Amboise, Blois, ...), but you will also find little gems like the Château de Chémery, Fougères-sur-Bièvre or Saint Aignan. Moreover, in Saint Aignan do not miss the visit of the famous Zooparc de Beauval (only ten minutes from your accommodation!).
