Breakfast is absolutely horrible. It seems that you will have to get up at 4 am, when is the start time for breakfast (to accommodate highway workers and police officers) to be able to enjoy hot breakfast. This is a problem at most hotels in Cotulla. Breakfast is horrible or non existent. Also, cleanliness is not their forte, as there were random used items everywhere on the counters and no one was taking care of cleaning the tables. Room seemed clean, but there was an unpleasant smell.

I didn’t like the fact that when the cleaning people did come in my room, they would never replace the towels and being on arrival I had to do some cleaning because it looked like it was throw up on the back headboard. Other than that my state was very pleasant.

The breakfast provided each morning of my 4 day stay was terrible. Food was cared for in very unsanitary condition, tacos were cold and days old by the presentation the Waffels as well. Some one should inspect the food handling to avoid any posible causalities for paying customers.

Great Spot
Perfect for an overnight stay . The room was equipped with everything you would need. Breakfast was available at 0400 hrs. The hotel was very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our room had one of the queen bed missing- literally empty space. We reserved 2-Queen beds, went back given different room, filthy, stained towels, beddings and bed skirting. I wanted to cancel, but I suppose that’s why they have a no-refund policy! Property also looks like family operated whom lives in the property.

The bads were way too uncomfortablespecially working 12 hour shifts coming home and sleep in those beds. I'm making 91 and go to work the next day.

Not so great. The coffee machine didn't work and when the staff was notified, nothing was done. As well the wifi was remarkably slow. Slower than every other hotel we stayed in on our trip. For some, this may not seem important but for me, coffee and wifi are essential

Front Desk person at Check In was not engaged and very Robotic. Room was just ok, very small. The Breakfastbwas not as advertised at all very inadequate, no Protein offered. Only Waffles, Fruit Loop Cereal in all 3 Dispensers, no fruit. I had Instant Oatmeal and Coffee, very dissatisfying.

Good but could be better!!!
Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in. Housekeeping does need to change their sheets and linens, not just make up the bed with same linens.

My parents stayed there and loved that it was so clean. Conveniently located close to interstate. Breakfast was pre made so not the buffet type but they said it was good. Friendly staff. Definitely will stay again.

Photos of location are not close to what is present . Staff friendly , received room key and realized key wasn’t required ( door doesn’t lock from outside ) . Water not running in toilet . Bed sheets with steins . A/C had an uncomfortable odor . Won’t EVER return .

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Booked online, had confirmation, was traveling 6 hours to get here, half way through trip I get a call that there’s no room available! After the fact my card is charged and now will take up to 15 days to refund! Most inconvenience ever!

Don’t recommend.
Got to breakfast at 6:30 am and was told there’s hardly anything left. Didn’t get a blanket the first two nights because they didn’t have any. Front desk employee was very rude.

Great stay. Easy access from the highway and very friendly, accommodating welcome at the front desk. We're traveling with our dog and there's a long, barely travelled road at the back so it's great for a good walk without worrying about the busy road at the front. Free parking and breakfast with tasty breakfast burritos were another plus. Very comfortable bed and clean room with a small fridge, we'd definitely stay again

We arrived and checked in went in our rooms and the rooms were vacant walk in in 2 of our rooms to a unpleasant situation sight smh in formed hotel receptionist and wanted to speak to a manager and manager was not available got other rooms since they had been paid for already couldn’t get our money back since I used this services time of check out went to speak to manager and manager wasn’t available it was very upsetting situation

This place was full of oilfield workers and everyone respected each other..I was a lil worried about someone messing with my welding truck; because things can easily be taken; but I stayed 3 nights and it was a comfortable stay
