To start off there was no hot water for the night. I had to go to the clerk to check that out and she moved me to another room and still no hot water. The ac stopped in the middle of the night and didn’t work after that. The pillows were too thin your head would sink into the bed making it feel that you didn’t even had a pillow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I would have gotten to the Quinta that’s right across the highway if I knew how bad the conditions in this hotel was. Not even the toilet worked. Terrible experience.

Ice bucket had hair in it. Bathroom door is water damaged at bottom, swollen and cracked. No toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. No in room coffee. Half a roll of toilet paper - no extra roll.

The area the staff was all great. The only this was the shower was dripping water all night and some areas seemed like they were not cleaned. There was still soap on the sink and in the shower that was not removed from past travelers.

The bed is comfy, the service tried their best.
The front desk worker was literally having to do everything. Clean rooms, wash towels, check people in, deliver towels, blankets etc. She should of had help! The bed was fine, but the "comforter" was obviously torn, the shower was cracked and dripping all night. The potty ran all night. Tile was cracked. The hand towel rail was broken off. They didnt have enough towels for rooms booked. The bed only had the bottom sheet and then a small cover over it, no thicker than a flat sheet. I had to go get a blanket, there were none in the room. The hotel seemed very quiet for being so full. The booking says pet friendly but theres a sign in the lobby saying they are not. The owners should be ashamed they allow this place to get this bad.

This location NEEDS a major overhaul!
This was by far the STRANGEST stay that I've ever experienced. The staff was GREAT, but the hotel itself needs some MAJOR renovations. Example- 2 rooms on the 2nd floor didn't even have door handles. Water was running THE WHOLE TIME (2 night stay) while my family and I were there in one of those rooms. The tub was nasty dirty looking. The bathroom door appeared to be deteriorating. The door key wouldn't work, so everytime I left and tried to get back in, I'd have to go back downstairs to get staff to get the key to work. Bottom line- Hampton Inn, you're giving yourself a bad look! Do what you need to do, to make this location meet your standards! Once again, the staff was GREAT!

Horrible stay
Well we get into our room and the one bed sheets were not clean. Makeup on the pillow cases and hair on the sheets. Get into another room light out in bathroom and no towels or toilet paper. The clerk checking us in was the only nice thing about the hotel. When we got up for breakfast. The food was cold and smelled bad. We will never stay there again. We travel to that area 6 times a year. I will stay at the hotel we normally go too after this. We just wanted to try a new hotel. Big mistake.

We arrived to our room at 11:50 pm and we we’re ready to get in bed. As soon as my girls moved the sheets to get in bed there were chips in the sheets and a pillow case had a blood mark on it while another pillow case had other noticeable cheese marks on it. We called the lady up front and took her a while to get to the room and she tried looking for another room for us. While she was doing that my baby was already asleep and my husband was tired of driving and she couldn’t find another room for us so we decided to stay in that room we had to slept on top of the sheets and removed those two soiled pillows away. The lady told us they would give us part of our money back but haven’t seen any reimbursement yet. Bad experience definitely.

This hotel used to be better than ok. It’s gone down hill a lot in the last couple of years. The shower tub was rusty. The air wasn’t turned on when we arrived so it was 100 degrees in the room… which the AC never quite caught up with, the hot water InThe shower never really got hot. And the breakfast is a joke.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The coffee and breakfast was great! We had a problem with the bathtub/shower. It wouldn’t stop dripping and there was no shower curtain. It looked like there was a repair going on with the faucet. The towels needed to be thrown out and replaced as they were stained and old.

This is the poorest quality Hampton Inn that I have ever seen or stayed in. Dirty from day one of staying in the place. Bed sheets look old and not washed properly over time, lack of towels and the hallways, lobby area along with the most important area the room was just dirty and lacked attention. The place looks like it is 20 years old and no maintenance, thou built during the Eagleford Shale boom about 10 years ago. Won't be long that this hotel will be dropped by Hampton, at least should be since it is more of an Executive Inn lower grade hotel now. If you want clean and service I would pick some where else.

The property you could tell was newly renovated but the bathroom door was warped due to water damage and the tub and tub faucet were very old and stained. Im not sure why this was not updated. There were no other rooms so I was stuck with a gross bathroom. Plus the beds were not the normal super comfy beds, but hard not very high quality mattress.
