Amazing Experience, Highly Recommended
This is by far the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed. The rooms are super clean and well cared. The hotel smell very clean, the inner hallways smell like new. We also were very surprised by the good conditions of the bathroom, it was super clean, the towels smelled clean. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant very clean, the area of the buffet breakfast very clean. The quality of the food very good. Congratulations to the staff of this hotel, they were very fliendly and they keep the hotel like new.

My room was to my standards very clean, however my air conditioning was very loud and I was awoken at 4:30 to a loud drip from the room above mine, very disturbing.

There was a seal on the door indicating it was clean and no one had entered. When we entered the room smelled amazing. The issue was when we went into the bathroom there was a loofah and razor in the shower and the sink had toothpaste in the basin and a tooth brush left there. It was very surprising and concerning.

Accommodations were clean and safe, however, our package includes breakfast. When we inquired about it, the employee said she was surprised that the bagged breakfast had not been put out, but we were hearing her put them together at the last minute. There was no need to lie. We would have been satisfied with her saying she ran out.

I miss the yummy breakfast.
Great hotel and location. Too bad they canceled breakfast due to COVID-19. Hopefully it will be back soon or perhaps they could offer a walk up order station for guests to pick up their breakfast to eat elsewhere.
