Fine property, uncomfortable policy
The property was fine, but I was very uncomfortable by the fact that the owner intentionally leaves religious material open on the guest’s desk in an attempt to force you to interact with it. It is not acceptable to impose your religious beliefs in your customers.

First motel that I felt safe in, very quiet, and no people wondering the parking lot late at night. And the price was excellent for such a well maintained, very clean room.

ok to stay
it was ok for 1 night but i asked for a 2 bed got a 1 instead,has shampoo and body wash in a dispenser like they cant afford the sample like shampoo good thing i had my own,the breakfast not impressed only had coffee when i went not what i expected according to the reviews.

Bed was comfortable, a.c. was quiet and efficient but they turned off the water heater (to save money?) because they said the water during summer is hot enough. Go figure!!

Although the hotel was not your typical 5 star hotel, it served its purpose. The room was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable which provided a great nights sleep. The room had a small refrigerator which helped us save money by not having to eat out as much. It is located next to highway so it is easy to find. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Will stay here again when i have work in the area.

comfortable , quiet even being next to highway, don't expect ANY breakfast, there is NONE and it hasn't been served for a long time!....like most of the other motel around there, ASK before you go Motel needs to turn on A/C before guest arrive during the summer, too hot for first hour

Not bad for just an over night sleep
This Hotel was not bad. The beds were so so and noisy. Floor was not clean to walk barefoot. No heat, thank god it was a mild night. No restaurants near by.

This hotel is very easy to get to and is right on the first exit off the main highway. I have stayed here before and was glad to see it was still kept up as nice as it was on my previous stay. The hotel was very quiet, the parking lot had good lighting that was on all night. The room was clean and I slept well both nights I stayed there.

One night recommendation
Two items: shower had no cold water and whirlpool felt like it was not cleaned/washed properly from last used. Everything else was good. Bed, A/C, TV, Host, Coffee, Refrig. Location only two blocks from where we had to go. Price was great

EXPERIENCE WAS BAD BECAUSE I MADE A RESERVATION ON LINE WITH A BETTER PRICE AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOTEL, THAT PRICE WAS NOT HONORED, WE END UP PAYING A HIGHER PRICE..

Comfortable in Cotulla
On business trip with two others. The room was quiet, comfortable. The towels were large, thick and fluffy - a welcome surprise, especially for a motel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd stay there again.

Loudest Room Ever
If you intend to sleep, DO NOT go here. While being close to the freeway is a good thing sometimes, being ON the freeway is a BAD idea. Very Loud and NO Sleep to be had.
