Dog friendly, Clean Studio with Separate Entrance 2.4 miles to Beach

  • Quiet, private setting in Cotuit with private outside entrance. 1 bedroom with sliding hand crafted barn door, 1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 real twin mattresses in trundle bed, living/kitchenette area, Sunny, clean and sanitized Cape Cod 2 rooms 450 sq feet studio with full private bath and private, separate entrance and small kitchenette. Perfect for couples, with or without children but sleeps 4. Located above our garage with a large fenced in yard for dogs and kids with grill, swing set, private balcony and off road parking area. Please note if you're bringing your dog there is a spot to add in reservation. If not it will be 10.00 per night per dog to be paid at property in cash. Please send along dogs vaccine record, the dog breed and weight.
    Our space accommodates guests who are working remotely with a desk and great wifi.
    Close to many amenities, enough parking for boat or trailer.
