Every surface has been updated with quality finishes and beautiful furnishings have been selected with your comfort in mind. \- Brand new appliances include gas range, microwave, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-home washer/dryer. \- New heating/cooling system to stay cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. \- 2 flat-screen smart TVs (in living room and master bedroom) \- Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience Kitchen: The blue cement tile backsplash and unique terra cotta pendant lights are style highlights of this space! The bathroom is fully renovated and has a double vanity, large mirror, and ample storage. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience. Office Space: There is a cozy, dedicated workspace with a writing desk and chair that will make you feel right at home. Outdoor Space: There is a fully enclosed, wrap-around yard with mature trees and a grapevine as a reminder that we are in the heart of Arizona wine country! The gas grill, dining table, various seating areas, and cornhole offer an oasis of entertainment for kids, play space for dogs, and relaxation for adults. Guest access You will have complete and exclusive use of the house and the enclosed yard for the duration of your stay. There are no shared spaces. Street parking for 2 standard vehicles is available in front of the house. Other things to note The cottage is just off of Main Street, but in a generally quiet neighborhood. The adjacent property is a very small, senior mobile home community. We are located on a one way section of the road, so use caution when entering and exiting the neighborhood. If you choose to bring your dog, we kindly ask that Fido keeps off of the furniture and beds and that you clean up any mess left in the yard.
